Dr. Gooya Goudarzi, OD, MSc

Dr. Gooya Goudarzi is the owner and lead optometrist at Metro Eyes Vision Care PLLC, an independent optometry and optical practice located at 260 Maple Ave E in Vienna, Virginia. She provides full-scope eye care for patients of all ages — from children as young as four to adults and seniors — serving families across Vienna, Tysons, Fairfax, Oakton, McLean, Falls Church, and the greater Northern Virginia area.

With more than a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Goudarzi is known for combining advanced diagnostic expertise with genuine warmth and attentiveness. Her patients consistently describe feeling heard rather than hurried, cared for rather than processed. She takes the time to explain what she finds, answer questions thoroughly, and build personalized care plans that address both immediate vision needs and long-term eye health.

Dr. Goudarzi earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the Arizona College of Optometry. She also holds a Master of Science in Medical Microbiology and a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, a scientific background that deepens her understanding of ocular disease processes and systemic conditions affecting the eye. She is licensed in Virginia and several additional states.
